This document will serve as an agreement between Client and Spier Media (Developer) for web design services. SCOPE OF WORK
OVERVIEW
Developer shall design & build a website built on the WordPress platform. The website will be responsive to the users device (desktop, tablet, mobile). The website will be optimized for pagespeed load according to Google standards using the following, but not limited too:
G zip compression | HTML/JS/CSS Minification
Website will also be optimized for search engine results and follow Google’s guidelines for white hat SEO.

SPECIFICS OF PROJECT
Website will have online catalog features w/ option to add future ecommerce capabilities. Online catalog have user privileges levels. Website will have advanced searching features
DESGIN NOTES
Website will be modern in design and aesthetically modeled for client.
www.beverlyhillscardiology.com/ will be used as a guide for infrastructure of site. Website will have video background capabilities as well. Client will provide video for background.

COMPENSATION
DEVELOPER AGREEMENT
General Agreements
The client has critically viewed samples of Developer’s past work and understands basis of Developer’s style. Developer will do their best to achieve clients goals, but will still maintain creative control for layout and design. Work hours are from 9am-5pm Monday -Friday.
Amendments
If the described scope of work undergoes any significant changes Spier Media and Client shall develop an amended agreement. Spier Media’s agreed upon hourly rate for future modifications is $60 / hour for programming. No additional work is foreseen at this time
Payment Disclosure
This agreement serves as a contract between Client & Developer. If Client decides to cancel this contract, any received retainer is non refundable and is subject to forfeiture. Any retainer received will initiate this agreement and client is agreeing to contract with or without signature.
Hosting
Client must provide developer with complete access to Client host. If Client does not have hosting, Developer can provide hosting at the rate of $20 per month.
Images & Assets
Client will provide images, logos, product information, and product photos for the website. This agreement includes complete design and development. This is a fixed rate bid, any additional modifications outside the scope of work will be billed at $70/ hour and will require Client approval.
Ownership Rights
Client shall retain all of its intellectual property rights in any text, images or other components it owns and transmits to Developers for use in the Website. Client shall hold the copyright for the agreed upon version of the website as delivered, along with any graphics created. With permission, Developers will display a web design credit on the pages developed. After final payment, Customer shall have the right to modify, move or allow other developers to manipulate the website files in any way. Developers shall share right, title, and interest in and to the source code and programming.
